What are some celery juice benefits? And can celery juice help with gut health? I’ve gotta let you know that I have been juicing celery every morning for the past 2 months. So my immediate answer is:

“Yes! there really ARE benefits for gut health and even more!”

How Are Cluster Salts Tied
To Celery Juice?

Celery DOES have salt, But it isn’t nutritionally the same as table salt, Himalayan salt, or sea salt. Celery has cluster salts, which are different from table salt.

Cluster Salts are contained in celery that are “variations of trace minerals”. Sodium cluster salts help with healing, and our bodies simply cannot get enough of them. The 16 ounces of celery provides JUST what our bodies need to destroy pathogens, detox the body and help restore electrolytes and neurotransmitter chemicals.

Just look at what these concentrated cluster salts accomplish:

  • Quickly rebuild your hydrochloric acid so that your stomach can break down protein. If protein isn’t broken down properly it will cause gut rot. Strong hydrochloric acid is important to kill off pathogens entering your mouth.

So let me tell you how it’s gone for us:

My experience? Now I’ve gotta tell you – I felt great before I started juicing, and felt great after. I didn’t have any noticeable improvements. HOWEVER-I have continued with the daily juice. What surprised me was that my nutritionist noticed improvements in my liver health. I’ve had a long-term situation where I’ve had to use supplements to help my liver be happy. The noticeable difference is that I have been able to stop taking those liver supplements, due to juicing.

My husband’s experience? He noticed more improvements between the two of us. First off, he noticed his afternoon “drop off” time has reduced significantly. He also notes that his common bouts of tightness across the gut happens less often. The nutritionist has noted his improvement too.

Both of us: Once we began to drink the celery juice daily, we actually got to extend the time between our nutrition appointments by an extra week. THAT had not happened before the juicing. We will continue to drink celery juice as part of our health routines!
