Start to cleanse using a detox, try some simple intermittent fasting techniques. 

What is the main point in doing a detox? 

  1. Cleaning out the toxins that are slowing down the organs like liver, kidney, gut, gallbladder, and intestines
  2. Support this detox by using fruit, vegetables, herbs and supplements instead of processed foods with lots of sugar, trans fat, hydrogenated fat, and chemicals
  3. By detoxing the bad stuff, we can FEEL better, SLEEP better, DIGEST better, and LIVE better!
