First Podcast Episode – Intro to Chemical Minimalism

First Podcast Episode

Did you listen to the first podcast episode on the Inspired Healers’ podcast? I got to be the FIRST GUEST with Bronwen Oehschlager as the host.

Did you know there was a time when I wasn’t a Chemical Minimalist who tried to reduce toxins? My journey in lessening toxic chemicals has been a slowly evolving journey, taking decades. The journey toward reducing emotional toxins from my life has only been happening for a couple of years.

This is something I do for the physical and emotional health of myself and my family. I feel my role as the wife and mom is key to the physical and emotional hub of the family. This is true even with my adult kids being “out and on their own”. It is quite rewarding to see each of my kids actively pursuing a healthy lifestyle. It is even MORE joyful to me whenever my kids teaches ME something new about healthy habits.

This First Podcast Episode is about ME!

Bronwen and I take a moment to discuss HOW I became a Chemical Minimalist in this podcast. It has been a slow progression of reducing toxins over the last 35 years. And I have taken on the name of Chemical Minimalist in the last couple of years. If you are wondering what it means to be a Chemical Minimalist, the podcast will answer that question. Bronwen has been a person who has helped me develop my message in a HUGE WAY! She feels many of us are Healers Who Are Called By God to share our message. I agree with her, completely!

Here, you will get to listen to my story about the key events that God used to change the path of my family’s life. It was difficult at many times along the way. Yet God has always proven Himself to be faithful and loving. He reminds me of the verse:

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

Jeremiah 29:11, 12

This verse is popular, and sometimes is considered a trite cliche. It is NOT a cliche verse to me, though. God truly has shown me that His plans are meant to prosper me, and to give me a hope and a future. That concept has been my prayer and call to God. He listens. He really DOES listen!

Here is where you can listen to our podcast

So I hope you listen to this First Podcast Episode, where I explain Chemical Minimalism in my life.

I truly believe you can hug tightly on this lifestyle for yourself. Reducing toxins is very easy to customize to your life and your specific needs. It might look a bit different than what I do. Yet it can be highly beneficial to improving the health of yourself and your loved ones.

Let’s talk over some ways you can customize the Chemical Minimalist’s lifestyle for yourself.
