What is Immune Gut? When I first discovered this term, I thought it sounded good. At first, it seemed like it meant the gut was healthy and able to provide immunity.

In truth, Immune Gut means someone has multiple allergies and is intolerant to foods in the daily diet. At this point, there will be an imbalance of gut bacteria which lowers the immune system. Leaky gut is one symptom of Immune Gut.

What is stressed gut? Is it “butterflies in the tummy” that happen before you do a presentation in front of an audience or walk up on stage? Or is it something else?
